Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SMG HUB, including its web application, client portal and browser extension (the "Service"), operated by Solo Media Group ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to them on its behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so.

The Service

SMG HUB lets teams track time, manage projects and tasks, run a helpdesk, and prepare orders, estimates and invoices inside a workspace. We may add, change or remove features as the Service evolves.

Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

If you sign in with Google or another provider, your use of that provider is also governed by its own terms.

Workspaces and your content

You and your workspace keep ownership of the content you put into the Service. You grant us the permission we need to host, store, process, display and transmit that content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. Workspace administrators control who can access the workspace and what each member and client contact can see.

You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to share it, including any personal information about your clients and team that you enter into the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• upload malware or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• access, or attempt to access, accounts, workspaces or data you are not authorized to use;
• interfere with, overload, probe or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass its security or rate limits;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

Fees and payment

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, billing periods and payment terms are shown when you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until the balance is settled.

Third-party services

The Service can connect to third-party services such as Google, Stripe and Asana. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the Service you agree to it as well.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these terms or puts the Service or other users at risk. When a workspace is closed, its content is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solo Media Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify account owners by email or in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
